Usage:
Plug in the lamp, switch on the lamp, see the indicate light on, let it heat up for 2-3 minutes. Focus on acupuncture points or body ache part. The distance to the lamp is about 20-40 cm. Yet the distance is flexible upon different people's need. Don't get too close to burn skin.
Course of treatment:
1. For health care, each day 1-2 times, each time 20 minutes.
2. For adjunctive therapy, each day 2-3 times, each time 20-30 minutes. Teenage under 16, suitable time is 5-20 minutes. This is mainly to relieve the pain. Never get in a rush for quick results.
